Domitia, Picpoul de Pinet- Bundle

Picpoul de Pinet comes from the region of Languedoc in southern France. Takes it's name from the grape, Picpoul, elsewhere referred as Piquepoul. Grows a stone's throw away from the Mediterranean Sea, near the Estuary of Thau, where oyster beds are being farmed and Pink Flamingos stop to rest as they head south. 

Fresh and mineral with a distinct salty character and generous, round palate despite the freshness. 

While it's drinking great right now, it can definitely age for another year or two.
