Steve Matthiasson is a big proponent of sustainable and regenerative viticulture, working with a variety of grapes. Mainstream grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, as well as less well-known grapes like Ribolla Gialla, Refosco and Vermentino.
