Springbank Campbeltown Loch Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Campbeltown

Located in southern Scotland at the foot of Peninsula Kintyre, provides a harbor, as well as the occasional maritime mist. Once a flourishing region with as many as 32 distilleries recorded back in 1759. 

Now, it is being revived by some amazing distilleries, committed to keep Campbeltown in the Whisky map, Glen Scotia, Glengyle- the newest distillery of the millennium, established in 2004, producers of Kilkerran and Longrow- and Springbank. 

Campbeltown typically produces Scotch that is oily and layered, fruity and complex with liquorice notes and slightly peaty. 

Springbank Distillery

Lead by Scotch veteran, Hedley Wright, produces some of the most sought-after Scotches right now, using entirely their own malt. The bottler Cadenhead is also part of the operation.
